Lyrical Festival Dress

nevaditos AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS Profiteroles salted meat cannelloni

at a dinner put these profiteroles and we liked a lot.
The good news is you can freeze them before you have to fill and so anytime they desire.
The next I promised to be cream.


Ingredients.
For profiteroles
150 g flour 100 g butter
3 dl of water pinch of salt

4 eggs For the filling
7 surimi sticks.
4 piquillo peppers.
mayonnaise. Ham

Mix the water with the butter and when butter has melted, incoprpora flour and work until the ingredients are todod amalgamate.
Cool slightly and add the eggs slowly shakes and a pinch of salt and stir constantly until everything is integrated.
With a pastry to go about doing heaps sobe a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, start preparing the filling.
Putting on the chopper
the remaining ingredients and chop.
When the profiteroles are cold, cut it in half and fill.
